Meet The Team

Brooke started her career at Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical, working export compliance matters for the General Counsel where she helped to stand up a compliance program in the early 1990’s while under a $17.5M administrative agreement. Following her time at Teledyne, she worked for Lockheed Martin as an export administrator and later as a corporate internal auditor. Leading corporate export/import audits across the corporation, she trained corporate audit staff on global trade regulations. Brooke led the export licensing and compliance organization for Lockheed Martin’s Joint Strike Fighter F-35 Program before founding Globaleyes. Brooke has developed, implemented and audited international compliance programs designed to meet global trade laws and regulations and adheres to the highest standards of quality compliance services. Brooke holds a graduate certificate in Civil Business Litigation from the University of San Diego (ABA Accredited) and a bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from Point Loma Nazarene University. She is also a Six Sigma Green Belt. Brooke was appointed by the Department of State and served on the Defense Trade Advisory Group (DTAG); she also served on the North Texas District Export Council (DEC) and was an adjunct professor at the University of Georgia, Center for International Trade and Security. She has completed relevant internal training, maintains continuing education in U.S. export controls, and is in good standing with the Society for International Affairs. Brooke is based in the Dallas office of Globaleyes.
