A trade compliance audit is an assessment of a company’s adherence to import and export regulations, including International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Globaleyes will identify potential compliance gaps or risks and can recommend corrective actions to ensure compliance with the relevant regulations.

Our audit includes a comprehensive review of the company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures to determine whether they are aligned with the relevant regulations. The review covers all aspects of the company’s import and export activities, including classification, licensing, recordkeeping, and reporting.

After completing the audit, Globaleyes will provide a detailed report highlighting any deficiencies or areas of non-compliance and make recommendations for corrective actions.
