Roberto Enriquez is Senior Director of Client Products and Services.

Roberto draws from his expertise as a mechanical engineer to assess difficult commodity jurisdictions and classifications. He is uniquely skilled at analyzing complex business transactions and quickly developing the appropriate export authorizations for clients.

Roberto joined the Globaleyes team in May 2010, and has prepared hundreds of license/agreement applications (classified and unclassified), performed gap assessments, live trainings for multinational companies in both English and Spanish.

He has created ITAR compliance manuals and process documentation to comply with AECA and ITAR requirements.

He has developed and provided compliance trainings for clients in the U.S., Italy and Mexico. He has supported all aspects of export licensing and has extensive experience related to re-export authorizations required to comply with U.S. export controls.

Roberto has audited high volume transactions to ensure compliance with authorized hardware manufactured abroad, as well as compliance with provisos and limitations.

His qualifications include experience with preparing and providing training on complex Manufacturing Licensing Agreements, as well as analyzing, writing and training on new 600 Series licenses under Export Control Reform.

Roberto has provided long-term, on-site support to key clients to support remedial licensing requirements of clients operating under significant State Department Consent Agreements.

Assisting the International Trade Compliance Department with complex license drafting and electronic submission; high risk license categorization and tracking; agreement writing implementation; and agreement writing process improvement.

He is fluent in Spanish and has a passion for solving complex problems. He is an expert at staying abreast of regulatory changes. His talent for finding solutions coupled with a high degree of professionalism and proficiency with U.S. export regulations enable

Roberto to provide stellar remote and on-site support at client facilities around the world. Roberto holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Texas, and is a member in good standing with the Society for International Affairs.
